Worst customer service ever!!!!! I was given the wrong information and was unable to get my vehicle due their irresponsibility. I called and spoke with Jenny who is the regional manager and she was very rude to me!!!! I was being too nice to her and she was going out of her way to be rude!!! She even hung the phone up on me!!! I have never in my life been treated in such a way. Please do not support this business and their wrong doings!!!

The staff (Shawn) was friendly and helpful. However, due to small number of clientele, cars are not always available on time. My car was not returned as expected by previous renter so I had to wait for one to be driven from Cary. I was given an upgrade and a gas credit for my wait, which was helpful. There is usually only one person there, so phone calls may take a few rings to get through. I will return to this office again since it is convenient and the staff responsive.

I am a frequent renter and have a solid corporate account at Enterprise. Renting cars is pretty simple and painless. Unless you have to deal with Siloam Grey. Her rude personality and general lack of customer service needs to be evaluated. I would recommend that she find a career that doesn't require her to work with customers. Her lack of problem solving skills will only frustrate her, the customers and the company.

I rented a car from this location approximately 4 months ago. I picked the car up in the morning. It was apparent that the car was recently returned as it was FILTHY. I disregarded, took the car and cleaned it when I got home. I assumed it was because there was only one person in the office doing everything. My husband rented a car last week... .same thing. Filthy....feet prints on the windshield, dirty, and smells like cigarettes. Obviously they don't check the cars going out.

The customer Service was excellent, Troy was very nice, attentive and made my experience very pleasant. I am renting again in three weeks.
